REQUEST FOR PRICE QUOTATION

The PDIC invites you to submit a quotation for the items stated below:

Description Approved Budget of Contract (inclusive of all applicable taxes)
2,100 pcs. PDIC Decals/Stickers P52,500.00 (P25.00/pc.)
2,000 pcs. PDIC Standees P280,000.00 (P140.00/pc.)
   
Note: Please see sample at PDIC-PPD Total ABC - P332,500.00

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Current/valid DTI/SEC Registration (certified true copy);
  2. Current/valid Mayor's/Business Permit (certified true copy); and
  3. PHILGEPS Registration Certificate (certified true copy) or
    PHILGEPS registration confirmation thru email (hard copy)

Terms and conditions:

1. Terms of payment: Payment will be made after the delivery of items through check. There is a penalty of 1/10 of 1% for every day of delay.
2. Period of delivery:

22 working days after receipt of approved sample.
